Artesia NM Hotels
| Artesia New Mexico is a very small town, but there are a
few hotels. The main two hotels in town are the Best Western and the
Holiday Inn. Both of these hotels are clean and nice. They are
both large properties, and often have availability. Both hotels do
sell out at times and it is advisable to make reservations far in advance.
If you need to stay in Artesia, New Mexico and you find that both of these
hotels are sold out, there are a couple smaller hotels in town, but they are
not nearly as nice. You can always check for available rooms in
Carlsbad, or Roswell. There are many more hotels to choose from in
both of these neighboring cities. Either way you go, Carlsbad to the
South, or Roswell to the North, you are looking at about a 35 minute ride
from Artesia. Carlsbad seems to be slightly closer. |

| Both the Holiday Inn and the Best Western are very close to
FLETC (Federal Law Enforcement Training Center) in Artesia. It's about
a 5 minute drive from either hotel to FLETC Artesia. There's no real
location advantage to either one. They're located right across the
street from each other. |
