If you have a furnished rental in the Artesia, Carlsbad, or Roswell, NM, contact us about including your property in our website. A typical listing consists of up to 10 full color pictures, and 1 page of text. Your property will have it's own detail page within our website. In order to be listed on ArtesiaRentals.com, you property will have to go a physical inspection by one of our staff to see that it meets all of our requirements, and you must abide by our "Rental Policy". The fee to be listed on the website is $200 per month, and we guarantee you a tenant if you meet all of our requirements. The guarantee is simple. If you do not have a tenant living in your property (and paying rent) for a minimum of 20 days in any calendar month while you are listed on our site, you don't pay us anything. Please note that ArtesiaRentals.com is only an advertising portal on the World Wide Web. We do not perform any property management.
