This is an amazing home. It is owned by a family from Europe, and they have completely remodeled and redecorated the home. This house was renovated for the purpose of being a furnished rental, and the owner's attention to detail is apparent. The kitchen is all new with Hardwood Maple cabinetry, brand new appliances, and imported floor tiles. The Central air and heat system is brand new and very comfortable. For flooring, the renovation included new Berber carpet throughout, and amazing tile floors in the kitchen and bathrooms laid by a master mason from Poland. The electrical system in the house has been upgraded to accommodate the new Central AC, and all the light fixtures have been replaced. Most of the new lights are from Ikea. This house includes a utility room with washer and dryer, and most of all, the whole place is very clean, bright, and new.
